P Square concentrates on the sectors where private companies are compounding durable value, drawing sustained institutional capital and choosing to remain private through extended growth cycles. Our focus is on late-stage private market leaders — including unicorns, decacorns and pre-IPO companies across the global innovation economy.
P Square Intelligence offers original research and considered perspective on private company liquidity, secondary transactions, late-stage venture markets and the broader innovation economy.
Whether you are exploring liquidity, seeking access to private markets or evaluating a strategic transaction, P Square welcomes a confidential conversation with qualified counterparties.
P Square Ventures was built for a market that has fundamentally changed — one in which exceptional companies scale privately for a decade or more, shareholders require increasingly sophisticated liquidity, and institutional investors seek meaningful access well before a public listing.
For a generation, the public listing was the natural liquidity event for founders, employees and early investors. That timeline no longer holds.
Today, the most consequential companies spend years — often more than a decade — maturing in private hands before they approach the public markets. Across that period, employees accumulate substantial equity value, founders seek measured diversification, venture investors navigate fund lifecycles, and institutions look for exposure ahead of an IPO.
P Square exists to serve this new private market reality — guiding shareholders and investors through private company transactions with confidentiality, precision and unwavering institutional standards.
P Square is neither a public marketplace nor a retail investment portal. It is a relationship-led private markets platform, built deliberately for sophisticated counterparties.
P Square Ventures focuses on unicorns, decacorns and late-stage pre-IPO companies across the global innovation economy.
Our mandate is centered on private companies that have moved beyond early-stage experimentation and are approaching institutional scale — businesses with established market validation, meaningful investor backing, durable competitive advantages and credible pathways to liquidity.
Our mandate is to originate, evaluate, structure and coordinate private secondary transactions in precisely the situations where trust, discretion and execution quality are decisive.
P Square benefits from a connected ecosystem across private equity, deep-tech venture capital, secondaries, public-market access and cross-border advisory.
The broader Scieniti ecosystem has participated in investment opportunities across many of the leading technology and growth companies of the past decade.
Representative companies and platforms are shown to illustrate investment experience across the broader Scieniti ecosystem. Inclusion does not imply a current holding, active mandate, direct investment by P Square Ventures, or offer to buy or sell securities.
P Square is led by seasoned professionals and strategic partners whose experience spans investment management, private markets, real estate, strategic advisory, corporate development and institutional capital.

P Square Intelligence offers original research and considered perspective on private company liquidity, secondary transactions, late-stage venture markets and the global innovation economy — written for founders, shareholders, investors and companies seeking to understand how private markets are changing.
The traditional path from venture funding to public listing has fundamentally changed. Many companies now reach significant scale — and significant valuations — long before they approach the public markets. The secondary market has emerged to meet a new set of needs.
A secondary transaction is the purchase or sale of existing shares in a private company. Unlike a primary financing round — in which fresh capital flows to the company — a secondary provides liquidity directly to an existing shareholder.
The seller may be a founder, employee, former employee, angel investor, venture fund, SPV participant or early institution. The buyer is typically a qualified investor seeking exposure to the company ahead of an IPO, acquisition or other liquidity event.
In a world where companies stay private for longer, secondaries are no longer peripheral — they are becoming core private market infrastructure. They help employees access equity value, founders diversify without reducing commitment, early investors return capital to LPs, companies manage shareholder bases, and institutions access companies before public market entry.
